MyMediCard

Madden Software Service is pleased to provide a revolutionary new product called MyMediCard.

MyMediCard is a laminated card which lists all medications that an individual is taking, allergies and the telephone number of an emergency contact person.  MyMediCard is now available so that individuals can always keep an up-to-date record of the medications they take.  MyMediCard is normally used to present to a doctor or nurse requesting information about you and the medications you're on.  MyMediCard's can be photocopied if additional copies are necessary or by the physician requesting the information to speed up registration processes.  If an individual is ill and rushed to the hospital, this card could save their life!
