Four identical MyMediCard's with the individual's name are shipped.  These cards easily fit into a pocket, wallet, pocket book, can be hung on the refrigerator, or given to a close friend or relative.  Since the MyMediCard contains information that could save your life, you may want to purchase additional cards. Four (4) additional duplicate MyMediCard's can be purchased at any time for the only $7.95.  Additional cards are are also laminated.  Please include $1.50 for shipping and handling charges per order.
